Information used by the site
Account details support sign-in and seller profiles. Product listings, uploaded videos and messages may be visible to other visitors. Delivery details entered in test checkout are stored with the test order. Only submit information needed for the feature.
Interest form and private data room
The optional interest form stores your name, optional company and email so the BrandHoo team can respond. Marketing updates require a separate unchecked opt-in. We record the submission date, form-notice version and consent choice. Contacts, follow-up notes and uploaded company documents are restricted to administrators; uploaded documents use private storage and temporary access links. To withdraw consent or request removal, contact support. Administrators can record withdrawal and delete contact records. Keep records only while needed for the stated purpose and review them regularly.
Camera demo
Camera and microphone access starts only when you choose it. Practice recording and locally selected video stay in your browser; the demo does not upload them or broadcast them. Leaving the page stops camera access.
Services and local storage
Base44 hosts app data and authentication. Google Analytics loads only when you allow optional analytics. You can choose essential-only use or change your choice using Privacy choices in the footer. This browser stores shopping-bag and appearance choices and saved brands. External linked sites have separate privacy policies.
Your choices and rights
Contact support to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, or to object to processing. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner. Requests are reviewed against applicable rights and obligations.
