Create a practice studio now. Paid selling remains closed until commercial terms and connected services are ready.
Commission and payouts
The commission rate, subscription charges, processing fees, payout schedule, refund deductions and any reserves have not been agreed or activated. No fee or payout promise is made. Sellers must receive and accept a confirmed written fee schedule before paid selling opens.
Approval requirements
Provide an accurate public business identity, contact and trading address, product ownership or authorisation, truthful stock and specifications, size information and delivery and return instructions. Payment-provider identity checks and BrandHoo approval are required for commercial selling. A created studio is not an approval badge.
Prohibited products and behaviour
Do not list illegal, stolen, counterfeit or unsafe products, weapons, controlled drugs, fraudulent financial offers or age-restricted goods without explicit platform approval and lawful safeguards. Do not use unlicensed music, video, images or branding. BrandHoo may restrict or remove listings for review.
Customer disputes
The named seller is responsible for accurate goods and fulfilment. Customers should contact the seller first with their order reference. BrandHoo can review listings and route unresolved issues; payment-provider dispute rules apply once connected. There is no promised platform guarantee or instant payout.
Practice agreement
Creating a studio acknowledges these practice rules only. It does not accept unconfirmed future commission or commercial trading terms.
